Mzvee

Mzvee as known by Ghanians in the music scene is a fast rising dancehall/raggae artist who is raising the banner of lynx entertainment high. so far it can be said that, she is the only artist managed by lynx entertainment  who is  turning the eyes and Ghanians to lynx entertainment. Lynx entertainment managed by Richie used to be one of the best and known music production houses in Ghana but of late there is little to write home about Lynx entertainment and it's production. Even with it's TV production, it is more or less the same. I think this problem started with it loosing it's top singers i.e Asem and Eazzy both getting out of the umbrella of Lynx Tv. Now back to Mzvee, we heard from our sources that she used to be a secretary at Lynx entertainment and who knew she was going to rise to where she is now. She gained credit from the ghanaian audience when she came out with her first song with hergirl group Diamond Three in short  "D3" entitled "Good Girls Gone Bad" produced by Lynx entertainment.this group was made of two singers and one raper. Mzvee was the lead vocalist and the leader of the group. Their first song was a banger and saw this girl group perform at shows organized in Ghana. When interviewed about how they formed this group, they mentioned that the rapper whose name is unknown and Mzvee were cousins and the other girl was a friend of theirs. after their first hit single, the girls couldn't really bring out any hit song again, eventhough they did bring out a couple of songs. I guess this is what led to mzvee seperating herself from the group and coming out on her own.

I must say this decision she took has led to her present success and I reckon it was a good decision. currently, she has released a couple of songs and she has got a huge fan base. I would say she is a top notch on the reggae/dancehall scene. Her other female contenders should guard their place or get kicked out by her. Her hit single "Borkorbor" ft VIP is a great song which has won the hearts of Ghanians. she also has another hit track with Stonebwoy with is entitled "Natural Girl". She has also brought out a song about the catastrophe that is going in Nigeria with the terrorist group "Boko Haram". this issue has led a lot of celebrities and people around the world to advocating for the rights of these abducted girls and demanding for their release.  Moreover, she has done covers of songs like "Harmattan Summertime" which is great and has brought out another song that is "Revolution Missle Riddim" produced by JMJ which talks abut the various great reggae/dancehall artistes in Ghana. In these songs she pays respect to all of them and says that Dancehall is taking over. Her outstanding performance at the just ended Ghana Music Awards is one to write home about and of late she has been doing interviews on tv like "New Day", "Rhythmz", "Lynx TV" and the likes. It would not be a surprise if she would win the new artiste of the year at the Ghana Music Awards in the next year to come. Mzvee is a force to reckon with and her great hair style is also one of the elements that is making Ghanians look up more to her. Her signature hairstyle is great and impossible not to notice and admire and to add up to this, she is a beauty in a rare way. She also has great vocals.

In a nutshell, all I'm saying is kudos to Mzvee and more grease to her elbows and I do hope that she brings out more great tunes. If you want to have a feel of her tunes take a trip to youtube and you won't be dissappointed.
