Destiny's Child Reunite With A Remix Of Nigeria's Gospel Song Say Yes!!

Well it's not really a reunion where they are back together as a group. After spending some time on the Broadway circuit, Michelle Williams is back on her music grind, prepping her Journey To Freedom album for release this fall. One of the project’s lead singles is "Say Yes" which features her Destiny’s Child girls, Beyonce and Kelly Rowland.

The song has a flair of African gospel tune and it's danceball and not the normal gospel tune someone in Hollywood would pick.

Fans were thrilled to see the ladies come together again, but Williams says that this was always in the plan. “It feels wonderful [to work with them], and no matter how much we try to say it’s not a Destiny’s Child song [it doesn't matter],” she told MTV News, laughing.

“It’s not going on a Destiny’s Child album, it’s going on my album featuring BeyoncĂ© and Kelly, the same way Kelly featured us on her album. But no matter how much we try to separate ourselves when we’re together, it is what it is — this is the group.”

Williams explained that she and the girls made a pact to keep working on each other’s solo projects, and they definitely kept their word. the music video for the song shows scenes of Michelle, Beyonce and Kelly singing and dancing. "It is really a happy video and it was fun making it" Michelle, Beyonce and Kelly stated when they were interviewed.

“There was an interview we did some years ago saying that we would participate, in whatever capacity, on each other’s solo projects,” she explained. “Whether that is appearing with BeyoncĂ© from time to time on her tours, or on shows, or Kelly’s album, so this was my turn now to have them on an original song on my album.” "It is really a happy video and it was fun making it" Michelle, Beyounce and Kelly stated when they were interviewed.

"Destiny's Child is one of the iconic best selling girl group of all time and the world was sad when they split up but they going solo has also brought great impact since they have individually unleashed songs into the world that are good.  Destiny's child made history with their continuous hit songs like "Bills, Bills, Bills", "Say My Name", "Survivor", "Independent Woman", "Bootylicious"..........................

Destiny's Child has sold more than 60 million records worldwide to date. Billboard magazine ranks the group as one of the greatest musical trios of all time, the ninth most successful artist/band of the 2000s, and placed the group 68th in its All-Time Hot 100 Artists list in 2008.

Their superbowl reunion got everyone talking and their "Say Yes" unison has also made an impact. It's really cool to see these great talented ladies team up to do something once again. there is always magic created when these ladies get together fans have stated.
